Additional Features

Incorporation of External Ducted Air Heating Ports can be added to enable the access of heating/cooling air ducts, cabling and associated services. These ports can accommodate the largest ducting in service as per US military issue as well as standard UK specification.

Groundsheets

JTI Defence can supply a wide range of groundsheets manufactured from Heavy duty, impermeable, flame retardant material.

The ground sheets can be modified to match the exact footprint of the tentage and can also have lights out ability and anti-insect features.

Thermal Insulation

Insulation sets can be made from a variety of materials, ranging from 100% breathable and low bulk material, to aluminium faced material backed with impermeable, washable and Flame retardant polyethylene.

For short term use, single sheet reflective foil can also be offered. Insulation sets have been tried, tested and approved in a variety of extreme field conditions.

JTI Defence can supply complete dry storage units, which include specific coverings with tailored accessories. These are for use in military storage for engine covers, generators to even aircraft covers for the prevention of penetration of liquids and contamination.

Predominately manufactured from reinforced PVC, tailored to shape, impervious to adverse weather and atmospheric conditions, any cover can be designed to customers required specification.

JTI Defence can also manufacture a wide range of bags, from Pyrotechnic transporter Bags for Defence Munitions to Kit bags for personnel.

Tarpaulins

Through the production capability of JTI Defence and the other member companies of The British Millerain Group we have the facility to manufacture short lead time requirements for any volume or size of tarpaulins. The Group is probably the largest tarpaulin manufacturer in the UK and specialises in exports to over 20 countries worldwide.

Through the unique capability of the group we can tailor the tarpaulin for any requirement, for example: anti-vandal, security, camouflage and anti-static.
